Cleaning and Reclaiming
The items put in the funnel will be cleaned, disinfected and sterilized after the reflux occurs. The residual/ethanol in the lower chamber will be poured off and reintroduced back into your distillation

Custom Options

If your facility processes 40-400lbs of extract a month, this base model shown here is for you.

If your facility produces <50 or > 400 lbs. of distillate a month, we can help with custom builds. Just complete the following questionnaire to get started.

Reflux Vapor, Cleaner, Relcaimer
This product reclaims all residual extracts attached to any equipment used to process plant material. As the separation is occurring your equipment is undergoing sterilization. Waste and sticky residuals are a thing of the past.

Reflux Vapor
This portion happens when the heated solvent vapor is funneled into the cleaning chamber and condenses on the cooler surfaces of any item carrying residuals to be cleaned and reclaimed. Once condensed, the liquid solvent and the solvent/residual solutions will return back to the lower solvent solution chamber to be refluxed once again.
